Long Description:
A stunning solid gold Rolex Oyster dating to 1960.

The iconic Rolex Oyster case is crafted in solid 14 karat gold and is fitted with the patented Oyster screw down crown. The watch carries a case reference of 6422.

The watch is fitted with an all original glossy black dial that features gold arrowhead markers and gold dauphine hands. There is a slight mark on the dial around the 4 o'clock marker where the hands touch the dial surface. This is hardly visible and is not distracting.

The 17 jewel calibre 1210 movement installed is a manual wind movement derived from the legendary Rolex 10 1/2 hunter models used in World War 2 and is a model of reliability and accuracy. The watch was just serviced by my Rolex trained watchmaker and is keeping excellent time.

The watch is the same size as the iconic and well known Air King Oyster perpetual model.

The watch can be supplied with the buyers choice of black or brown leather straps. The case measures 34 mm wide by 42 mm long.
