This Omega Constellation dates to 1969 based on the serial number. The so-called C shape case is totally period correct as it mimics the rest of Omega modern styling from the period.
This model of Omega Constellation uses steel case fitted with a fluted white gold bezel.
Both a genuine Omega crystal and crown are fitted to this watch.
Inside the watch an Omega calibre 751 automatic movement has been installed. This movement features a day and date display and was used widely in the Constellation line during this period. The watch was just serviced and is keeping excellent time.
The silver dial features a thatched textured that gives a fantastic iced-metallic appearance. The hour markers and hands are steel stick units.
The watch is supplied on a genuine Omega riveted steel bracelet. This is the first time I have owned this example of a rare Omega bracelet. The bracelet adds decent weight to the watch. The bracelet does have a light personal hand engraving on the buckle. I can remove this if the buyer prefers, I just avoid polishing or buffing unless necessary.
