The wonderful 2 tone dial with gilded foil Arabic numerals appears to have been restored many years ago or as was common, made in Canada for the local market. The gilded foil numerals cannot be reproduced today!
The 15 jewel Swiss Rolex Chronometer rated caliber 300 movement was just serviced and is keeping excellent time.
The case is marked RWC Steelium on the inside of the caseback and the outside is engraved with the name of the Medical student who received it as a gift in the 1930’s.
The watch is truly breath-taking, The case measures 20mmm wide by 40mm long and is supplied on a brand new high grade leather strap.
