Stunning vintage Bulova watch with Art Deco dial and case. The watch dates to pre-1948 given the serial number format with no letter before the numbers.
The case is a lovely curved design with multiple steps on the side. It is 10 karat gold-filled with no wear but slight tarnish on the caseback where it is not seen while on the wrist.
The dial is all original and coral gold in colour. It has more a a bronze and pinkish tone. The hour markers are shadowed Roman numerals. The dial also features a small sub-seconds register in the lower half of the dial.
The vintage Bulova movement is a 17 jewel manual wind Bulova calibre 7AP which was recently serviced and is running flawlessly. The original Bulova signed crown is still fitted to the watch.
The Watch is supplied on the original and period correct Kreisler gold plated beads of rice bracelet. The bracelet fits my 7.5 inch wrist and uses a folding clasp.
