This Wittnauer is almost identical to another vintage model I have, the difference being this watch uses a gold filled case and fewer diamonds as opposed to the solid gold watch that has diamonds at each hour marker.
The result of these differences is that you are able to buy a watch that is virtually identical in appearance for a fraction of the price.
The case features double stepped lugs that angle down and away from the dial. This creates the visual illusion of the watch case being curved as they are with the Gruen Curvex models.
The watch is fitted with a 17 jewel manual wind Wittnauer movement, calibre 73 Revue.
The watch measures 24 mm wide by 37 mm long and can be supplied on a brown or black leather strap.
